Working with Questions/Fields

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

Questions/fields can be added to your form. Examples of questions and fields that can be added to your form are textboxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons. Questions can be added to rows and can be moved around to match the order you would like them to appear.

  1. Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.

  2. Click Manage Forms.

  3. Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.

  4. Click on the tab you want to work with.

  5. Right-click on the question/field you want to remove and select Delete.

  6. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.

    Note

    Clicking OK permanently removes the question/field from the form.
