Clearing the JICS Cache
Whenever you make configuration changes in J1 Desktop to tables that are available for mapping, you should clear the JICS cache so that your changes will be evident within Form Builder. In other words, if you have made changes to the properties of a table and your changes are not evident in Form Builder, it may be because you need to clear the JICS cache.
Log into JICS as someone with administrative privileges.
Click the Site Manager link.
In the Clear Server Cache field, click the Application Data link.
After a moment, a "Complete" text message is displayed.
Click the Exit button.
