Workflow Documents List View

The Review Documents View allows administrators or approvers to search through documents awaiting their approval and to see the document’s current location in the track. Administrators will see a drop-down list allowing them to filter the types of submissions in the list to one of three types: Documents assigned to them, All documents regardless of assigned approver, and All completed documents.

When reviewing a document, if an approver approves the document, but there are still other required approvers that need to respond, the checkbox will be checked indicating that the current approver viewing the page has responded to the document. The document will only move to the next stage when all required approvers have approved the document.

You can select which approval track you would like to view in the drop-down list on the top left corner.

  1. Navigate to the Workflow feature.

  2. Click on the [X] documents to review link.

  3. You can select which approval track you want to view in the drop-down list on the top left corner.

  4. You can also choose how many documents you would like to view in the list at one time from the Show [X] entries drop-down list.

  5. Click on the View link to view a document.

  6. If the form had questions on several tabs, click on the name of the tab you would like to view. The tab's fields and the submitter's answers appear.
