Notifications
Automatic notifications can be sent to specific J1 Desktop and Campus Portal Budget users to inform them of a process status.

Notification settings can be established in Budget to send an e-mail to the Proposed Budget Preparer when the worksheet is ready for entering budget amounts and to the Spending Supervisor to notify them when the worksheet is approved or denied.
Configurations for notifications such as who receives budget notification messages, when they receive them, and what the notification messages convey must be established in Budget. Contact your Module Manager or IT Administrator for more information.
