Financial Document Center
The Financial Document Center allows you to access all important finance related documents in one location. From tax documents to student statements, documents can be viewed, printed, and downloaded as needed.
Currently, the Financial Document Center will allow you to access your 1098-T tax forms and any statements posted to your account.
Note
Switching to electronic statements will allow you to receive your statements via the internet as soon as they are ready. You will no longer receive a printed copy of your 1098-T in the mail.
Navigate to the Financial Document Center page.
From the Financial Document Center, under Tax Documents, click the Consent to electronic statements button.
The 1098-T Electronic Consent page will appear. Read the terms and conditions.
After reading, select the I consent to receive electronic 1098-Ts checkbox.
Click Submit.
You will see a confirmation popup window. If you are sure you want to receive your 1098-T statements electronically, click Yes, consent.
Note
Once you consent, you will no longer receive your 1098-Ts via the internet, and you will not be able to access any previous 1098-Ts. You will receive a printed copy in the mail as soon as it is ready.
Navigate to the Financial Documents Center page.
From the Financial Document Center, under Tax Documents find the View PDF option.
Click the down arrow next to View PDF and select Opt out of electronic statements.
The 1098-T Printed Consent page will appear. Read the terms and conditions.
After reading, select the I no longer want to receive electronic 1098-Ts checkbox.
Click Submit.
You will see a confirmation popup window. If you are sure you no longer want to receive your 1098-Ts electronically, click Yes, consent.
Note
In order to view your 1098-Ts in the Financial Document Center, you must consent to electronic documents.
Navigate to the Financial Document Center page.
From the Financial Document Center, you will see your most recent Account Statements and Tax Documents. To access your documents, click View PDF.
From the page, you can view print, or download a PDF version of your financial document.
Tip
On the main view of your Financial Document Center, you will see the most recently posted documents first.
Navigate to the Financial Document Center page.
From the Financial Document Center, click View all documents in the upper right corner.
From the page, you can view print, or download a PDF version of your financial documents.
If you see a message that says you do not have any documents available, then the forms have not been generated by your school. Check back later.
Only the 1098-T processed after you opted into electronic statements will be posted as PDFs in your Financial Document Center. Any 1098-Ts processed before you opted into electronic forms (or prior to 2018 when Jenzabar started creating the forms as PDFs) will appear as data in the Financial Document Center. Data forms will appear in a new tab or window in your browser.
There are two main reasons you may not see account statements in your list of documents:
You may not have any account statements
Your school may not post account statements online
If you think there is an account statement missing from your Financial Document Center, click the View all Documents link to make sure the statement isn’t posted in the full list. If you still cannot find it, and think it should be posted, contact your Business Office for more information.
Your institution may not be allowing students to switch their consent choice from electronic back to the printed option. To request this change, contact the Business Office.
Yes. First, you will need to open your 1098-T form and select the download option. Once you have downloaded the form, you can either print a copy to take it to them, or you can send an email with the PDF form attached.
When a new financial document is created for your account, you will receive an email with a link to the new document. If your school uses notifications in the Campus Portal, you will also be notified when you log into the Campus Portal that a new document is available in the Financial Document Center.
