The online application form template is set up to send relationship information to the J1 Desktop Process Internet Submissions window where it can be processed. Setting up the relationship information mapping populates the parent information in J1 Desktop.
From the Tools menu, select J1 Mapping Tool to open the Internet Submissions Mapping page.
Select Admissions Application from the Form Type drop-down.
Locate the Relationship Information - Parent 1 row and click the Edit link next to it.
Locate the REL_CDE column.
In the field next to the custom value drop-down, replace the temporary Jenzabar-provided PAR with your school's parent relationship code.
Tip
This can be found on the J1 Desktop Relationship Definition window.
Click Save. The mapped form columns list reappears.
Locate the Relationship Information - Parent 2 row and click the Edit link next to it.
Locate the REL_CDE column.
In the field next to the custom value drop-down, replace the temporary Jenzabar-provided PAR with your school's parent relationship code.
Tip
This should be the same code entered in Step 5.
Click Save. The mapped form columns list reappears.
Click Done.
Note
When the form user submits their application, the relationship responses will be sent to the J1 Desktop Process Internet Submissions window and available for review and processing.
