Copy and Paste Questions/Fields

You can copy and paste form questions/fields within the form or on another form to easily create similar questions/fields. For example, you can copy and paste the form user first name, last name, and address questions as these are frequently used repeatedly.
Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.
Click on the tab you want to work with.
Right-click on the question/field and select Copy to Clipboard.
Tip
You can add copy multiple questions/fields to the clipboard. Just pick each question/field one at a time and select Copy to Clipboard. They will be available from a drop-down list when you go to paste them into the new form.
Click Manage Forms.
Click on the form where you want to paste the question/field.
Access the tab where you are pasting the question/field.
From the upper left-hand corner, click the Paste icon
.Select the question to be pasted into the form. The page refreshes and the question/field is added to the form.
The items are removed from your clipboard. The clipboard is session based.
Due to the complexity of mapping information, this cannot be done at this time.
