Please download, fill out completely, and send along with a $20.00 application fee or fee waiver to NMCC Admissions, 33 Edgemont Drive, Presque Isle, ME  04769.  Be sure to request that your high school transcripts be sent along with SAT and Accuplacer scores (if applicable).  Include an email address that you regularly check.

Student Health

Student Health Forms are due no later that August 1 for entrance into the Fall semester and December 1 for entrance into the Spring semester.

This form is required for all students NOT in Allied Health or Early Childhood Education programs.

Request for Information- Credit Courses

     Applications for the fall 2018 nursing class are accepted beginning September 1st.  Please see detailed information for nursing program applications at www.nmcc.edu > Admissions & Financial Aid > Nursing Application Process.  For additional information please call the Admissions Office at (207)768-2785.   

 Early Decision - Nursing Applicants

     Exceptionally well-qualified applicants to NMCC's Nursing Program may be offered an early decision on their candidacy and forego the regular competitive admission process.  Exceptionally well-qualified candidates will have achieved a 2017 TEAS-VI Composite score of "Advanced" or higher, and will have met all other application requirements and prerequisite coursework as stated in the nursing application process.
