Description

Students will review the writing process and the strategies for drafting, revising and editing covered in English Composition. Students will continue to work on developing the ability to critically read and analytically write papers that clearly express their ideas. Emphasis will be on primary and secondary research skills and the use of MLA and APA style documentation. Students will learn and practice the writing conventions used within their major area of study. The course will prepare students for upper level course work in their majors, research in the workplace, and/or transfer to four-year programs. Prerequisite(s): ENG 111 Corequisite(s): None
