Description

This course presents students with residential design and drafting standards through the review of building codes, design guidelines, and the use of AutoCad Architecture software. Environmentally responsible design practices are stressed. Students develop individual residential designs and complete a set of working drawings including floor plans, elevations, framing, sections, and a rendered perspective drawing. Prerequisite: DRT 117
