Description
Diagnosis and service of diesel engines to include details of construction, theory of operating of two and four cycle engines, plus failure analysis. Disassembly and rebuilding for service and study of engine components is done on mechanical and
electronic controlled engines. Engine tune-up, valve settings injector timing, and dynamic/static timing will be practiced for competency and accuracy.
*For the full time program this course meets for eight weeks.
