Description

This course serves to provide the student with a deeper understanding of the major components and principles of a leadership role, as well as adapting to the changing role of the EMS provider. The student will learn different styles of leadership,and investigate the qualities of a successful leader. The student will develop a comprehensive understanding of public relations, education, and Medical Direction; and their roles in the avancement of a stronger EMS system. Prerequisite(s): Must be a licensed EMS provider or hold a NREMT certification Corequisite(s): None
