Description

This course is a continuation of ACC211. Additional activities of a business are covered. Emphasis is placed on special problems which may include debt and equity financing, leases, investments, income taxes and employee compensation. Other dimensions of financial reporting such as earnings per share, derivatives, accounting changes and error corrections are also covered. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles involved and display an analytical problem-solving ability for the topics covered.
